IGNOU Students can submit their queries on iGRAM online and track the response. The purpose of this to create a special online portal called IGNOU Grievance Redress and Management (iGRAM) The portal can be accessed at http://igram.ignou.ac.in/.
Candidates are advised to call only on working days Monday to Friday between 10 AM to 6 PM.
