2. Backlog Subjects from Different Years or Semesters

A clash involving backlog subjects from different academic years or semesters may not be treated as a valid overlap.

For example, a first-year subject clashing with a second-year or third-year subject may not be considered because the courses belong to different academic levels.

Similarly, subjects from the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth semesters may not qualify as a clash when they belong to different semesters.

3. Subjects from Different Master’s Specialisations

For Master’s programmes, subjects selected from different specialisations may not be considered a valid examination clash.
